Mac Mail Tutorial

1. Open "Mail" in your Application Folder. Then go to "Mail" -> "Preferences."
    Once Accounts window is open, click on the "+" at the bottom left corner

2. Your should be in the General Information window
    Under Account Type, choose POP.
    Under Account Description, you can enter anything you want.
    Under Full name, you may enter the name you want people to see.
    Under Email Address, you may enter your email address.

3.Your should be in the Incoming Mail Server window
    Under Incoming Mail Server, please type in mail.yourdomainname.com (If you are domain name is abc.com, you will type mail.abc.com.)
    Fill in your Username and Password information and click "Continue"


4. Your should be in the Outgoing Mail Sever window
    Under Outgoing Mail Server, please type in mail.yourdomainname.com (If you are domain name is abc.com, you will type mail.abc.com.)
    Make Sure you check the box "Use Authentication"

    Fill in your Username and Password information and click "Continue"


   
  4. Click Done! Then you are done!
