Web Hosting Tutorials

If you are a TELUS internet service user and having trouble receiving with a POP account:

TELUS is starting to block incoming mail server (POP 110) in addition to SMTP.


Workaround Steps:

1. CHECK OFF the SSL connection for the incoming mail server (POP). Port 110 will be changed into port 995

2. If turning on SSL connection still can not solve the problem. Please change your POP account into an IMAP account
