If for any reasons during the first 14 day after your account was setup, you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will cancel your account and refund the full amount MINUS the $15.00 administration fee MINUS any cheque handling charges (if applicable). After the account has been active for 14 days, Mecca will only provide partial refund of the hosting fee for cancellation of hosting account within the first 3 months of initial start date MINUS the following items: (Canadian $15 administration fee, any applicable cheque charges, 3 months hosting service fee).
Your "first 14 day" start as soon as your hosting package is activated. You can check your starting date via our Control Panel. 14-days money back guarantee is only offered to new Subscriber only. Subscriber who has not subscribed to our service for the past 48 calendar months is considered as new Subscriber.
This is true whether your domain is delegated to our servers or not.
However, we will NOT issue any refund on domain name(s). Once a domain is registered with us, it is fully under your ownership. You are free to transfer your domain to another domain registrars. Please see our FAQ question at here for more details on domain name.
