Question:	Why your server time is in EST time zone? I want to change it to my local time zone!
Answer:	Our server time has been set to EST (Easten Standard Time) since year 2000 this is due to the fact that over 90% of our clients are from Eastern US/Canada. However this should not cause so much issue here as most web applications nowadays are time zone friendly. If they are not, you should be able to patch them easily. A sample PHP code is as follows assuming that you need the server time reported in PST (Pacific Standard Time): $now = strtotime('-3 hours'); $nowstr = strftime('%D %T', $now); print "now unix timestamp: $now now (formatted): $nowstr"; For sample code in other programming languages, Mecca does not provide them but it is not hard to develop your own. Please search for Google for inspiration.
