MeccaStore.com sells and ships products within Canada only. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses within the United States. You may not export any products purchased at MeccaStore.com.

Sales To End Users Only
MeccaStore.com sells and ships products to end user customers only and will not open sales to minors.

Proof Of Purchase
Mecca will send you a confirmation of your order via your given email address when your order is shipped. Payment Methods

Credit Card
MeccaStore.com accepts credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as a valid form of payment. At the time your order is placed, Mecca obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Please Note: We are unable to accept personal or business cheques and debit cards as valid forms of payment.

Money Orders / Cash
MeccaStore.com accepts money orders. CASH payment can only be made on physical Mecca office only. The money order must be payable to Mecca Internet Solutions Ltd., and include your web order number and/or a copy of your order.

Mecca must receive your payment within 10 calendar days or your order will be canceled. Please allow 1 business day for order processing after Mecca receives your payment.

Wire Transfer
MeccaStore.com accepts CertaPay wire transfers (http://www.certapay.com) as a valid form of payment. If you would like to use a wire transfer to pay for your order, please contact MeccaStore.com eSales team via email at billing@mecca.ca.

MeccaStore.com billing representatives will email the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges along with our bank account information.

Processing time varies among banking institutions and can be delayed. Please allow 1 business day for the processing of your wire transfer.

Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the reverse side of this invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Any quotations given by Mecca will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

Sales Tax
MeccaStore.com purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. Via MeccaStore.com, the final dollar total of your order including tax and any applicable shipping charges will be calculated at the time you place your order. If the sales tax rate for the province to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipment will apply. The proof of purchase that Mecca mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.

Product Availability
Mecca makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the MeccaStore.com at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Federal Reserve holidays. Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped - meaning items ship as soon as they are available.

Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Mecca will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

We encourage you to contact MeccaStore.com eSales team at 604-273-2077 (for Vancouver clients) or 1-866-738-2077 (for N. American clients) after 30 days of shipment for order status information.

Given the popularity of some products, Mecca may restrict the number of such items that you may purchase. Any product limit restrictions will be posted on the MeccaStore.com. This information is subject to change. Mecca will ship products that have the functionality and performance of the products ordered, but changes between what is shipped and what is described in a specification catalog are possible.

Mecca endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Mecca reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

Product Warranty
All new MeccaStore.com-carried products, including clearance and refurbished products, carry the first 30 days Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All computer accessories are covered by one year of manufacturer¡¦s standard warranties.
Please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

All MeccaStore.com products are sold "AS IS" but may be accompanied by their manufacturers' standard warranties. "AS IS" products are sold by Mecca as is, where is, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from Mecca.

Warranty does not cover equipment damages due to accident, fire, water, vandalism, negligence, misuse or abuse.
